It's been a great season guys. I'm really looking forward to season 3's final episode. And I'm really glad it'll be 1 hour and 47 minutes long. We deserve it and I know it's going to be good just like this whole season has been. Great, great episodes. Wow what can season 4 possibly hold for us? But enough about that I just want to enjoy this last episode for now.

Really great episode if you ask me.
Im sure most of us thought that gale was made to be Walts lab partner from earlier on to just learn to technique.. pretty messed up how Gus wanted Walt dead this early..
the ending scene was just so damn great the end of the season of course will have us wondering what is going to happen next and we gotta wait so long.. oh well it will be worth the wait

Re: 3x13 "Full Measure" June 13, 2010
Man I feel like we got jipped. It was only a regular length episode instead of the 1 hour and 47 minutes. Oh well. Watched the Rubicon. It was okay.
Anyhow two really fucked up things going on here. One Gus wanting to kill Walt. Although I think we knew this was going to happen all along when Gale was first introduced. Actually I don't know I thought maybe he would just quit or something. But then I guess that wouldn't be an option for Gus with all that Walt knows about his business and everything. And holy fuck man I really don't like Jesse being made to kill Gale like that. That was so fucked up. Couldn't they have just told Gale to skip town or something? If Jesse and Walt live through this shit it's going to be a damn miracle. Here's my prediction for season 4. Walt and Jesse go back to working for Gus like usual all the while Walt comes up with this crazy ass plan to eliminate Gus which involves him getting killed in the process. But it will insure everybody he cares about's safety.
God damnit why did they have to have Jesse kill Gale man? Poor kid's going to be traumatized for life now. Like as if he didn't have enough shit to deal with already. Did you see his freaking face man?! This is going to really fuck him up. Aaron Paul is such a great actor. He's really proven himself here. Unbelievable. God.
I hated this episode but I guess loved it at the same time.

Agreed. Although I think Walt killing Gus's two dealers kind of sped things along.Shawn wrote:pretty messed up how Gus wanted Walt dead this early..
Man this shit is so fucked up. I want Gus to go down SO bad now and that little punk ass Victor that works for him too.
Although I don't follow too many tv shows to begin with I definitely agree. This show's got me hooked and is one of the best that I've ever watched.Rob wrote:Calmed down a bit, what a finale. Best season of a TV show ever.

Re: 3x13 "Full Measure" June 13, 2010
Yeah luckily they told us it was a normal length episode:
For those still reading the comments, to clarify something from the end of the review: the finale is actually only about 48 minutes and will run straight through with minimal commercials. The long timeslot is because AMC is following the finale with a sneak preview of the "Rubicon" pilot.
I would have gone crazy if I hadn't read that beforehand.
E: Wait a minute, what exactly was that scene about with cartel and Mike? Were they stealing the chemicals that Gus uses? I think I missed something in his conversation with Gus after. The cartel taking down Gus is probably quite likely actually.

I think Walt and Jesse trying to take over, with Hank again on the trail of the business really seems like the only possible next step.trueblu8 wrote: Here's my prediction for season 4. Yes I think they were trying to gain control of Gus's chemical suppliers. Mike said they didn't send their best guys and Gus said the cartel was testing them for weakness. Then Mike says well they didn't find any.Rob wrote:Wait a minute, what exactly was that scene about with cartel and Mike? I think I missed something in his conversation with Gus after. I was thinking the exact same thing. I was going to go back and edit my post as well. I think that is a VERY likely scenario. Walt either working on the side with the cartel or the DEA or both to setup Gus. Although somehow I think Walt will get killed in the process. Maybe that will be part of the deal with the cartel. His family will be spared but he will have to give up his own life and help them take down Gus. Who knows? Or maybe he just unintentionally gets killed during the whole process.Rob wrote:The cartel taking down Gus is probably quite likely actually.

How amazing would it be if Walt gave himself up to the DEA and ended up working undercover under Hank to take down Gus.

I really loved how Saul actually stayed on Walt and Jesse's side.. even though he will get more money probably he is still risking his life.

Well when you think about it Walt and Jesse are probably his biggest customers, Saul pays Mike not the other way around, and he doesn't even know Gus. He could just play it of that Jesse gave him that address.

Re: 3x13 "Full Measure" June 13, 2010
I hate to say it, but season 2 was alot better than season 3.
In my opinion there were too many extra characters( the cousins, gus, mike, gale ), which changed the formula from a couple of goofs trying to make/sell meth into a rather formulaic boring action series with exploding trucks ignited by cigarettes and meetings in fields where you walk to meet a car that you could have simply driven a little closer to!
Who cares if Skylar fucks Ted.....I agree with Saul....the dumb broad shouldn't be involved!!!
Compare the "big" scenes this season with Season 2 highlights such as Tuco holding them hostage and his shootout with Hank, Exploding decapitated head on a turtle, head crushed by ATM, SKANK!!!, even the damn plane crash was cooler than anything this season.....what the hell happened? I'm hoping Season 4 will see Gus dead!!!
