The real Cartel......

Has apparently came to my area, in Sandbridge of all places, a beautiful somewhat isolated area of Va Beach. This guy and his girlfriend rented several houses and condos and set up a meth operation. The paper called it the Mexican Mafia, but my first thought was of Tuco/The Cartel when I read it this morning.
